Helix Music was set up as a charity in June 2025 to promote music concerts and operas. The charity's focus is new music performed in unusual venues with a strong story, by British composers.

Our first project is an opera by composer Peter Hugh White on the subject of the scientist Rosalind Franklin. The premiere wil be staged in the Chapel of King‘s College London on The Strand on April 21st and 22nd, 2026 with a fully professional creative team and cast. A second production will be taking place in Cambridge performed by the Cambridge University Opera Society shortly after the premiere of Rosalind.
